Hulland Ward Village Hall

Hulland Ward Village Hall consists of the main hall and small committee room behind the stage suitable for small group meetings. There is a stage which can be extended into the main hall if a greater stage area is needed and at the end of the hall opposite the stage is a bar.

Main Hall

The main hall can accommodate 200 people or 80 comfortably seated. There is a ceiling mounted projector, full audio facilities and WIFI, the code for which is on the entrance lobby notice board. On the stage is a piano.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, small fridge freezer, microwave, commercial dishwasher, toaster, hot water boiler. Off the kitchen is the kitchen store room containing the large fridge, crockery cupboard and shelving for cutlery etc.

Separate Ladies and Gentlemen’s toilets are accessed from the entrance lobby as is the toilet for the disabled.

Committee Room

Behind the stage there is a small committee room which can accommodate about 10-12 people. It contains 4 tables (5ft x 2ft 6inch). The room can be accessed from the main hall and also has its own door to outside. There is a small lobby to the committee room from which there is unisex toilet.

Heating

The hall heating is controlled by a timer which makes sure the hall is heated for the booked regular events. For one off hires the unlocking person adjusts the heating timer to ensure the hall is heated during the hire time.

Outside

The onsite car park has capacity for 36 cars and 4 extra spaces for disabled persons. A grant has been obtained to extend the car park for a further 24+ spaces.
